During the production process, the DC speed control device usually fails to operate normally due to hardware failure of the DC speed control system, motor failure, improper operation or inaccurate parameter setting. When a fault occurs, the maintenance personnel first need to observe the fault code displayed on the device operation panel, represented by FXXX, and refer to the fault information in the user manual of the Siemens 6RA70 series DC speed control device for troubleshooting. The fault code can also be further judged by checking the content in the fault diagnosis memory r047. After the cause of the fault is eliminated, the P key on the PMU must be pressed to eliminate the fault alarm.
Common fault codes are as follows:
F001 Electronic board power supply failure.
F004 Phase voltage failure in the armature power supply.
F005 Excitation circuit failure.
F030 Commutation fault or overcurrent.
F040 The power supply of the electronic board is cut off in the activated fault state.
F042 Tachometer failure.
F050 Optimization operation is impossible.
