What is a speed governor? How many operating modes does a speed governor have?
Types of speed governors:
1. According to the different component structures, speed governors can be divided into two categories: mechanical hydraulic type and electrical hydraulic type;
2. According to the different system structures, speed governors can be divided into three types: auxiliary relay type, intermediate relay type and regulator type. Mechanical hydraulic speed governors are also called mechanical speed governors or machine governors, and electrical hydraulic types can be divided into analog electrical hydraulic type and digital electrical hydraulic type. The second-stage hydraulic amplification output signal is fed back to the comparison element to form the control and regulation law of the speed governor. The first-stage hydraulic amplification relay of this system structure is called an auxiliary relay, and most of them are mechanical and analog electrical speed governors. The intermediate relay type speed governor system adopts a step-by-step feedback form, and the first-stage hydraulic amplification output signal is fed back to the comparison element to form the control and regulation law of the speed governor. The second-stage hydraulic amplification output signal is fed back to its own input end to form a mechanical hydraulic follow-up amplification system.
