The MPC4 Mechanical Protection Card has powerful measurement and monitoring capabilities, and can simultaneously measure and monitor up to four dynamic signal inputs and two velocity inputs. Its dynamic signal inputs are highly programmable and can receive multiple types of signals representing acceleration, velocity and displacement (approach). The onboard multi-channel processing function enables accurate measurement of various physical parameters such as relative and absolute vibration, Smax, eccentricity, thrust position, absolute and differential expansion of the housing, displacement and dynamic pressure.

This mechanical protection card also has many practical features. It provides power supply for sensors and signal conditioners (such as IEPE accelerometers and proximity measurement systems); supports hot swapping, which means that cards can be inserted and removed while the device is running, greatly facilitating equipment maintenance and upgrades; and provides multiple versions such as "standard", "independent circuit" and "safety" (SIL) to meet the diverse needs of different industrial scenarios.
