The AO810V2 module features eight independent, configurable current output channels, supporting unidirectional signal output. Instructions are received through the system backplane bus, and control signals are converted into standard current signals by the built-in data converter (D/A), driving field actuator devices.

Readback Verification Mechanism
While sending control signals to the digital-to-analog converter, the module simultaneously reads and compares the returned data. This ensures that each output command matches the expected value, preventing communication errors or output distortion.
Output Safety Policy (OSP):
When the system detects communication faults or channel abnormalities, the AO810V2 module automatically triggers the safety policy, switching the relevant output to a predefined safe state. This prevents equipment risks caused by signal loss or malfunction.
