Bently Nevada 3500/23E Transient Data Interface

The 3500/23E Transient Data Interface (TDI), introduced by Bently Nevada, serves as the hub connecting the 3500 ENCORE condition monitoring system with the GE System 1 predictive maintenance software platform, enhancing the efficiency standard of data acquisition.

Product Details

01

Positioning: The "data hub" of the monitoring system

The core role of the 3500/23E is a connection interface: installed inside the monitoring rack, the 3500/23E takes charge of steady-state and transient data from all monitoring devices in the rack (such as vibration monitors), and uploads the data to upper-level software systems through Ethernet, enabling "real-time circulation" and centralized management of status data.

02

Highlight: Single module – dual functions

Unlike traditional solutions that require separate configuration of a "system monitoring module + communication processing module," the 3500/23E provides both the status-monitoring capability of a system monitor and the data-acquisition capability of a communication processor, allowing one device to complete the dual tasks of data acquisition + status monitoring.

Accessories and Ordering:

The 3500/23E provides a complete set of supporting components, including Ethernet cables, serial data interface cables, RS422 cascading cables, etc. Users can select the appropriate components based on their specific application.
