ABB CPM810-core processing unit designed for the ABB Symphony Plus VP800 control architecture
As a key common processor module in distributed control systems, it undertakes core tasks including field data collection, logic operation processing, and system communication scheduling. The module adopts a 32-bit RISC high-speed processor, which efficiently handles complex control algorithms and massive data transmission tasks, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the entire control system.


Built with multiple standard industrial communication interfaces, the CPM810 supports mainstream protocols such as Profibus DP, Ethernet and RS-485. It achieves stable and deterministic data interaction with VPM810 matching modules and other peripheral equipment in the rack, realizing seamless docking and collaborative work of the whole system. Its unified 24V DC working voltage matches the power supply specification of standard VP800 system racks, no additional power conversion equipment is required during installation.
Designed for harsh industrial working conditions, the ABB CPM810 features a compact industrial structure and wide temperature adaptability. It can operate stably in the temperature range of -25°C to +60°C, resisting dust, humidity and electromagnetic interference in industrial environments. Each module is manufactured in strict accordance with ABB industrial standards, with stable hardware performance and long service life, suitable for long-term continuous operation of industrial control equipment.
