ICS Triplex T8292 Power Distribution Unit
Overview
ICS Triplex T8292 is a dual, five-channel Trusted® power distribution unit equipped with miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) for N+1 or 100% redundant 24V DC power distribution applications. The unit provides local LED indication of the "tripped" status of individual MCBs via a monitoring circuit and a common alarm signaling output via relay contacts.
🚀Function & Features
- Four dual 24 VDC, 20 A MCB protection outputs: The T8292 can be connected directly to a Trusted controller/expansion chassis or as upstream protection for a Trusted 15-way fuse distribution unit (T8293).
- One dual 24 VDC, 3 A MCB protection output: The T8292 can be used with Trusted fan trays or other low-power devices.
- 100% Redundancy: The T8292 features fully independent dual power supply paths, requiring manual jumper removal and separate wiring (24V-1 and 24V-2 require separate power supplies).
- Status Monitoring: Each MCB status LED indicates (red = tripped). Voltage-free relay contacts (normally open/normally closed selectable) provide global alarm signals and can be connected to external monitoring systems.
