ICS Triplex T8461 Trusted TMR 24V DC/48V DC Output Module
Overview
ICS Triplex T8461 is a digital output module based on triple module redundancy (TMR) architecture. It belongs to the Trusted series and is mainly used in industrial control systems to interface with 40 field devices. It supports 24V DC and 48V DC outputs in 5 groups (40 channels) with independent power supply of 8 channels. It has a safety level of SIL 3 (IEC 61508) certified by TÜV.
🚀Function & Features
- 40 TMR output channels: Each channel of T8461 uses three independent circuits to shield single-point failures through a voting mechanism.
- Fault tolerance: T8461 automatically detects and isolates stuck (ON/OFF), open circuit, short circuit and other faults.
- Automatic line monitoring: T8461 detects open circuit/short circuit and load faults on the field line.
- Electrical parameter measurement: T8461 monitors current and voltage independently for each channel.
