Overview
GE IS220PCLAH1B Core Analog I/O Module is a dedicated signal processing hardware designed for GE Mark VIe turbine control systems. As a core analog I/O pack within the Mark VIe control architecture, this module undertakes full-range analog signal acquisition, AD/DA conversion and analog output tasks, acting as the intermediate connection between field industrial sensors, on-site execution equipment and the DCS main control unit. It supports standard voltage and current signal processing, realizing real-time collection, data conversion and signal feedback of turbine operating parameters to maintain the basic operating logic of power generation control systems.
Note: The IS220PCLAH1B can be used with the SCLS/SCLT terminal block to expand I/O channels (for example, the SCLT supports fan signals from one to three PCLA modules).

- Terminal Connections: The SCLS terminal board uses 48/72-pin Euro-style terminals for connecting to field devices. The SCLT terminal board connects to the SCLS via a 68-pin cable (J2-JR/JS/JT connector).
