Overview
GE IS410STCIS2A (IS400STCIS2AFF) is a 24 vdc Contact Input Module for the GE Mark VIe series. The IS410STCIS2A is equipped with a plastic insulator, mounted on a sheet metal carrier, and then bolted into the cabinet. It supports 24 contact inputs and is suitable for 24V, 48V, and 125V nominal DC excitation.
🚀Function & Features
Three-level isolation architecture:
- Input stage: PTC self-recovery fuse (0.5A current limit)
- Intermediate stage: Optocoupler isolation (3750Vrms isolation voltage)
- Output stage: Digital signal is transmitted to the controller via the backplane optical fiber
Intelligent threshold judgment:
IS410STCIS2A trigger threshold is 50% of the nominal voltage (such as 24V system is judged as ON when ≥12V)
Dynamic noise suppression:
Input stage is equipped with π-type filter, magnetic bead + TVS diode combination to protect surge
