GE DS200LPPAG1A Line Protection Board
The GE DS200LPPAG1A line protection board is a circuit safety protection module developed for GE Speedtronic turbine control systems; it is equipped with two terminal blocks (each containing three terminals) and seven jumper caps.
It monitors power lines, detects abnormal conditions, and rapidly isolates the equipment in the event of a fault. This component establishes a safety barrier between the turbine-generator system and the power grid, thereby protecting the turbine and associated equipment from damage.
Function & Features：
- Power Line Monitoring: The DS200LPPAG1A detects power faults such as line-to-ground faults, current, and voltage. Upon detection, it immediately sends a signal to disconnect the affected power line.
- Grid Synchronization Safety: When the turbine is connected to the grid, the DS200LPPAG1A monitors grid voltage and frequency. If there is a significant deviation between grid parameters and turbine output, the turbine can be disconnected from the grid.
- System Maintenance: The DS200LPPAG1A can also prevent system failures by early detecting power fluctuations and, when necessary, initiate an automatic shutdown sequence.
- Real-Time Line Operating Signal Monitoring ：The GE DS200LPPAG1A Line Protection Board continuously collects and detects operating signals of turbine control lines during system operation. It tracks voltage and current changes in real time, feeds back normal line operating data to the Speedtronic main control system, and provides basic data support for system logic judgment and operating status recording.
- Circuit Anti-Interference & Fault Feedback : Equipped with built-in anti-interference circuits and 1500VAC channel isolation performance, the board shields high-frequency electromagnetic clutter generated by on-site industrial equipment, ensuring ±0.2% full scale signal transmission stability.
