Bently Nevada 3500/50E Tachometer Module

Bently Nevada 3500/50E tachometer module is a dual-channel module used in the 3500 monitoring system. This module is mainly used for detecting the shaft speed, rotor acceleration, and rotor rotation direction of industrial equipment, and it compares these with the user-set alarm values. When the parameters exceed the limits, an alarm is triggered, thus protecting equipment (such as turbines, compressors, fans, pumps, etc.) from overspeed, low speed, reverse rotation, and acceleration.

Note: The 3500/50E tachometer module cannot be used as part of, or as, a speed control or overspeed protection system.

Speed measurement range: The 3500/50E supports signal recognition from 0.0039 to 255 events per revolution, with a maximum full-scale speed of up to 99,999 RPM.

Low-speed measurement capability: For proximity probes, the 3500/50E can measure as low as 1 RPM (one pulse per revolution).
