Overview:

Bently Nevada 3500/25 149369-01 Enhanced Keyphasor Module is a half-height, dual-channel module primarily designed to provide Keyphasor signals for monitoring modules within the rack. This module receives input signals from eddy current probes or magnetic pulse pick-ups and converts them into digital Keyphasor pulse signals. These pulses precisely indicate when the Keyphasor marks on the shaft (such as grooves or protruding keys) pass directly beneath the Keyphasor sensor, thereby providing a unified phase reference and speed measurement for the entire system.
Note: As the enhanced version (149369-01), the module completely replaces the older module version (125792-01).

Function & Features:

- Multi-Pulse Input to Single-Pulse Output: The 3500/25 149369-01 can generate a single pulse Keyphasor signal per revolution from multiple event inputs (such as multiple teeth on a gear disc) per revolution.
- Speed and Phase Measurement: The 3500/25 149369-01 provides timing measurements, allowing monitoring modules within the 3500 system to accurately calculate shaft speed and analyze the phase relationship between vibration and speed.
- Field Upgradable Firmware: The 3500/25 149369-01 supports firmware upgrades in the field via software, allowing future functional improvements or fixes without the need to replace hardware.
Questions & Answers
💡 FAQ
Q: What are the differences between the 149369-01 and the older 125792-01 module?
A: The 149369-01 is the enhanced version and includes the following additional features:
- Supports generating a single event per revolution output from multi-event per revolution input.
- Supports field firmware upgrades.
- Provides asset management data reports.
Q: What does "generating a single event per revolution from multi-event per revolution" mean?
A: This is an enhanced feature. If the machine does not have a standard single-slot Keyphasor mark, but instead has a gear disc (e.g., 30 teeth), traditionally, 30 pulses would be generated per revolution. With this feature, the 149369-01 module can extract and generate 1 pulse from the 30 pulses, representing one pulse per revolution.
Q: How many 149369-01 Keyphasor modules can be installed in a 3500 rack?
A: Standard configuration: A maximum of 4 Keyphasor signals (typically provided by 2 dual-channel modules).
Pairing configuration: A maximum of 8 Keyphasor signals (requires 4 modules). However, the main Keyphasor signal should not exceed 4, and the modules must be installed in consecutive monitoring positions.
Q: What is the return and exchange policy?
A: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the goods if there are any quality issues, excluding damage caused by human error or misuse.
Q:What are the available shipping methods?
A: FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others.
