Overview
Bently Nevada 3500/05-01-01-00-00-00 System Racks are used to house all 3500 Series monitoring modules and power supplies. The rack centralizes the 3500 modules, allows them to communicate with each other, and houses the power supplies needed to distribute power to the modules. Ideal for industrial machinery protection and condition monitoring systems.
3500 racks are available in two sizes:
Full-Size Rack: 19-inch EIA rack with 14 available module slots.
Mini Rack: 12-inch rack with 7 available module slots.
🚀Installation Methods for Bently Nevada 3500/05-01-01-00-00-00
- Panel Mounting:
Secured to a rectangular panel cutout using the included mounting clamps. Rear wiring is used, allowing easy connection to I/O modules.
- Rack Mounting (19-inch EIA rail):
Fits into standard racks (such as control room cabinets). Rear wiring is used, and modules are installed from the front.
- Flange Mounting (supported only by full-size racks):
Directly mounted to a wall or panel, used when rear access for wiring is not possible. Front wiring is used, with I/O modules accessible from the front.
