BC810K02 is a CEX bus segmentation and redundancy expansion unit for ABB AC 800M series controllers (such as PM864A, PM865, etc.), which isolates the bus fault domain and supports online replacement of key components (such as CPU hot swap). It consists of two basic parts: the base plate (TP857) and the power supply/logic board.

The base plate is equipped with a CEX-bus connector and an external power connector, and is grounded to the DIN rail through the metal parts of the shell. It also has an external power voting diode and a fuse; the power supply/logic board contains a + 3.3V converter, logic circuit, CEX-bus interconnection driver, and interconnection cable connector. It can be used with multiple models such as PM857, PM861A, PM862, etc.
