EC222 922-222-000-002 Standard Cable Assembly
Overview
EC222 922-222-000-002 is a standard cable assembly designed for the CA280 vibration sensor system. This cable assembly uses K221 low noise cable, its outer jacket is made of polytetrafluoroethylene propylene (Teflon PFA), equipped with threaded connectors (CG505 type) and flying leads. It is a shielded two-wire cable.It should be noted that although the EC222 cable assembly is similar to the EC119 cable assembly, the EC222 has lower protection and only one shield layer.
Alternative Option: If higher shielding is required, consider EC119 cable (but may cost more)

- EC222 922-222-000-002 is a K221 low-noise cable with a Teflon PFA outer sheath (high temperature and corrosion resistance), 4.8 mm in diameter, suitable for scenes with frequent mechanical vibration.
- Only applicable to CA280 series sensors, interface matching must be confirmed (CG505 threaded connector)

★ Single-layer shielding (slightly less protection than EC119, but still effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference).

Application Scenarios
Industrial vibration monitoring:
Connect the CA280 accelerometer to an external signal conditioner (such as the VM600 system) for condition monitoring of rotating machinery such as turbines and compressors.
Oil & Gas, Chemicals:
Transmit low-frequency vibration signals in high-temperature, explosive areas (such as pump stations, pipeline vibration monitoring).
