overview：
CPUM 200-595-042-114 CPU card is a rack controller and communication interface card pair with the IOCN modular input/output card, serving as a system controller and data communication gateway for rack-based machinery protection systems (MPS) and/or condition monitoring systems (CMS). It is mainly used for the protection and monitoring of rotating machinery in the power generation and oil and gas industries. There are multiple CPUx/IOCx card pair versions and different types of racks and monitoring cards to choose from according to different needs.
Fuctions & Features:
- Multiple versions support: The CPUM 200-595-042-114 CPU Card has different versions such as CPUM/IOCN, CPUR/IOCR, CPUR2/IOCR2, etc. Each version supports different function combinations, such as CPUM/IOCN supports Modbus RTU/TCP and PROFINET, with a front panel display.
- Configuration management: The CPUM 200-595-042-114 CPU Card is connected to a computer running MPSx software via Ethernet or RS-232 serial port, and can perform "one-click" configuration management of protection cards (MPC4 and AMC8) in the rack.
- Display and alarm function: The front panel display of the CPUM 200-595-042-114 CPU Card can intuitively display the alarm limits of the monitoring output and protection card, and the front panel is equipped with an alarm reset (AR) button.
- Communication Interface: The CPUM 200-595-042-114 CPU Card has industry-standard fieldbus communication interfaces such as Modbus RTU/TCP and PROFINET; can run two Ethernet connections and up to three serial connections (RS-232/RS-422/RS-485) simultaneously; supports communication redundancy for multiple fieldbuses, including Ethernet and/or serial communications.
