Overview
The CE110 110-100-CT-VO accelerometer is a dynamic measurement device using advanced MEMS (micro-electromechanical systems) technology, mainly used to monitor and analyze vibration and acceleration. Acceleration is sensed by sensitive elements.
MEMS accelerometers integrate sensitive elements composed of micro-mechanical structures. When the accelerometer is subjected to external acceleration, the sensitive elements (such as mass blocks) will produce relative displacement due to inertia.

- Electrical signal conversion: When the sensitive element of the CE110 110-100-CT-VO Acceleration Sensor is displaced or deformed, it will cause changes in the physical quantity related to it, thereby generating an electrical signal.
- Optional explosion-proof version: The CE110 110-100-CT-VO Acceleration Sensor has an ATEX version of the intrinsically safe accelerometer, which is suitable for environments with explosion hazards and is compatible with a variety of explosion-proof grilles.
