CP515 143-515-000-111 is a piezoelectric high-temperature pressure fluctuation sensor. The sensor uses a GaPO₄ (gallium phosphate) single-crystal sensing element and is installed in high-temperature chambers. The sensor is capable of capturing small pressure fluctuations superimposed on high static pressure and can output pressure signals over a wide temperature range and under severe thermal gradients. The sensor is suitable for extreme high-temperature applications such as dynamic pressure pulsation measurement.
