- Processor FCR: Each FCR of the T8111C contains an NXP PowerQUICC® II series processor and associated memory (EPROM, DRAM, Flash ROM, Flash RAM), memory-mapped I/O, a voter, and logic circuits.
- Inter-chassis Communication: The T8111C processors can communicate with modules from other chassis through Trusted Interface Modules (such as the TMR Interface Module or Extender Interface).
