GE DS200NATOG2A Voltage Feedback Scaling Board

The GE DS200NATOG2A is a voltage feedback scaling board for the Mark V series, serving as a core signal conditioning component in the SCR rectifier bridge control loop of gas turbines. The board attenuates both AC and DC voltages of the SCR bridge, enabling precise acquisition of the bridge voltage feedback signal. Usage typically involves a VME backplane along with gate distribution and status boards.

The GE DS200NATOG2A attenuates the three-phase AC voltage of the SCR rectifier bridge as well as the positive and negative DC bus voltages with high precision. High-voltage signals are converted into low-voltage feedback signals that can be safely acquired by the control system.

The GE DS200NATOG2A features five sets of independent series-connected precision resistor networks, corresponding to the three-phase AC and positive/negative DC buses. Each resistor network can be configured through pin connectors and jumper combinations.

The GE DS200NATOG2A incorporates metal oxide varistors (MOVs). When an output bus circuit is accidentally interrupted while input voltage remains present, the MOVs quickly dissipate overvoltage to protect the downstream circuitry.
