Overview:

A6500-RR Emerson AMS 6500 ATG Redundant Relay Rack
The A6500-RR Emerson AMS 6500 ATG Redundant Relay Rack is a VME-based relay output chassis built exclusively to pair with Emerson AMS 6500 ATG machinery health monitoring racks. This A6500-RR relay rack receives threshold fault signals collected by vibration, temperature and speed acquisition boards inside the monitoring cabinet, then converts digital logic signals into isolated dry contact outputs to drive local alarm devices and equipment safety interlock circuits.
This unit adopts fully redundant relay loop architecture to remove single-point failure risks brought by single relay circuit damage or contact oxidation. Multiple independent relay channels are integrated inside the rack to configure multi-group over-limit warning and emergency shutdown interlock logic for large rotating machinery.
Function & Features:
01
Dual separate redundant relay circuits, secondary circuit takes over signal output automatically if the primary circuit malfunctions
02
16 independent isolated dry contact relay channels for separate alarm and safety interlock signal distribution
03
Standard VME backplane bus interface, compatible with all internal board hardware of AMS 6500 ATG rack

Questions & Answers
💡 FAQ
Q: Which monitoring system matches the A6500-RR redundant relay rack?
A: The A6500-RR chassis is developed for Emerson AMS 6500 ATG machinery health monitoring system. It converts internal monitoring logic signals into relay signals for on-site alarm and safety interlock.
Q: What redundant design does this relay rack adopt?
A: It uses two fully independent redundant relay loops. When one circuit fails, the other circuit keeps normal contact output to prevent loss of equipment protection signals.
Q: How many independent relay channels are integrated in A6500-RR?
A: The rack is equipped with 16 isolated dry contact relay channels, which can be divided into multiple groups to set independent alarm and interlock logic.
Q: What temperature range allows long-term continuous cabinet operation?
A: Stable continuous operation is supported within -20℃ to +55℃. Long-term operation above 55℃ shortens the service life of relay contacts.
Q: How to check channel fault status on site?
A: Each relay channel corresponds to an independent LED indicator on the front panel, which directly shows power state, contact actuation and circuit fault information.
Q:What are the available shipping methods?
A: FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others.
