Bently Nevada 330130-040-01-05 Standard Extension Cable Armored
Overview
Bently Nevada 330130-040-01-05 is the standard armored extension cable for the Bently Nevada 3300 XL 8mm eddy-current proximity sensor system. It is 4.0 meters long and includes armor + connector protection sleeves (silicone tape is included, not recommended for turbine oil exposure environments). It uses the patented CableLoc design and has a cable tensile force of 330 N (75 lbf). This extension cable allows probes, extension cables, and Proximitor sensors to be fully interchangeable without the need to match or bench calibrate individual components.
Function & Features
- 330130-040-01-05 uses patented TipLoc molding method to enhance the connection strength between the probe tip and the probe body; the probe cable uses patented CableLoc design to firmly connect the probe cable and the probe tip.
- 330130-040-01-05 extension cable is equipped with silicone tape, which can be used instead of connector protector. It is not recommended to use silicone tape to fix the connector in turbine oil environment. The standard metal protective sleeve should be used instead.
- 330130-040-01-05 belongs to the 3300 XL 8mm system, which supports the complete interchangeability of probes, extension cables and sensors in the system for easy maintenance.
