GE DS2020DACAG2 Power Conversion Module
Overview
GE DS2020DACAG2 is a power conversion module for the Speedtronic Mark V gas/steam turbine control system. It converts AC (VAC) to DC (VDC) power, can be used in conjunction with the main power supply, and provides buffer power during brief power outages.
Note: GE DS2020DACAG2 must be installed in a non-corrosive, non-flammable environment.
🚀Function & Features
- Power conversion: GE DS2020DACAG2 converts input AC power (VAC) to DC power (VDC) to power the control system. Supports battery backup power (optional) to provide short-term power support when the external power supply is interrupted.
- Transient buffering capability: GE DS2020DACAG2 has a built-in local energy storage device (such as capacitors or batteries) to temporarily maintain the operation of the control system when the main power fails ("ride-through" function).
- Installation method: GE DS2020DACAG2 uses a four-corner bracket + bolt fixation and can be installed at the bottom of the drive cabinet.

Replacement Steps
- Disconnect the power and wait for 1 minute to allow the output to discharge.
- Disconnect the power input/output cable (JZ) from the top.
- Remove the securing bolts and take out the old module.
- Confirm the voltage selection plug position and place the new module's plug in the same position.
- Install the new module, restore the wiring, and reconnect the power.
