Overview

GE IC697MDL653 is a 24V DC positive and negative logic input module that provides 32 discrete input points divided into 4 independently isolated 8-point groups, and the input current-voltage characteristics comply with IEC standards (Class 1). This module is compatible with IC697 series programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and I/O parameters are configured through programming software.

One of the input points can be configured as an interrupt input (for IC697 PLCs only).

The IC697MDL653 requires no jumpers or DIP switches, and I/O references are configured via MS-DOS or Windows (95/NT) based programming software connected via Ethernet TCP/IP or SNP ports.
