The EPRO MMS6312 Dual Channel Rotational Speed Monitor is a standard monitoring module belonging to the EPRO MMS6000 series machinery protection system, is primarily used to measure shaft speed. It utilizes the output of a pulse sensor in conjunction with a trigger wheel to achieve measurement functionality. The module's two channels can be used individually or in combination. It transmits processed data to the upper monitoring system to support equipment operation judgment, state recording and fault trigger logic.It can be used for surge monitoring and anti-reverse rotation protection.

- Dual-Channel Configuration: The MMS6312 can independently measure the speed of two axes, the standstill of two axes, and key pulses with a trigger marker (including phase relationship) for each axis. It can also be used in combination to detect the rotation direction of a single axis or the speed difference between two axes. It can also be used as part of a multi-channel or redundant system.
- Key Phase Pulse Monitoring and Identification:This industrial rotational speed monitor supports key phase signal detection, capturing fixed-phase pulse signals during equipment rotation. The key phase data provides phase reference basis for shaft vibration analysis, shaft position judgment and unit synchronous grid connection, assisting the system in completing accurate mechanical state analysis and fault location.
- Zero-Speed Detection and State Judgment:The MMS6312 machinery protection unit has built-in zero-speed monitoring logic, which can identify the static stop state of rotating equipment. It outputs corresponding state signals to the protection system to avoid misoperation of equipment start-up logic and ensure standardized start-stop operation of industrial rotating machinery.
