Bently Nevada's ADRE 208-P multi-channel data acquisition interface is a portable system designed for data acquisition and monitoring of industrial machinery. It has up to 16 data acquisition channels and is mainly used for mechanical fault diagnosis, such as vibration analysis, speed monitoring and process variable measurement.


ADRE for Windows® software is optimized for mechanical data acquisition and integrates the functions of oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, filter and recorder, without the need for additional equipment, and also has real-time display function. ADRE 208-P can be powered by AC or battery, which is easy to carry and suitable for test benches and field machinery. It supports a variety of input types. In terms of signal conditioning, it can measure non-RMS and RMS amplitudes with high accuracy over a wide speed range (100 rpm to 60,000 rpm). The software also provides selectable filter bandwidths of 12 times/minute or 120 times/minute for data analysis.

  • ADRE for Windows® Software: The software is optimized for machinery data collection and integrates the functionality of an oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, filter, and recording instrument, eliminating the need for additional equipment. A real-time display feature allows data to be viewed as it is being captured.

 

  • Portable and Configurable: The system can be powered by either AC or battery and is designed to be portable, making it ideal for use on a test bench or in the field on machinery. It supports a variety of input types, including dynamic signals (from proximity probes, accelerometers, etc.), static process variables, and speed input signals (Keyphasor®).

 

  • Signal Conditioning: Supports non-RMS and RMS amplitude measurements over a wide range of machine speeds (100 rpm to 60,000 rpm) with high accuracy over temperature.

 

  • Filtered Measurements: Software-selectable 12 cpm or 120 cpm filter bandwidths are available for data analysis.
