ABB SDCS-IOE-1 3BSE005851R1 expansion board is a component of the ABB drive system that is used to expand the digital and analog input functionality, including 7 isolated digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, and 1 current source for PTC or PT100 elements.

The SDCS-IOE-1 also provides sensor power support, supporting voltage or current signals (e.g. 0-10V, 4-20mA), suitable for continuous variable monitoring (e.g. temperature, pressure sensors).

The SDCS-IOE-1 is mounted on a plastic housing with a foot assembly (Phoenix Contact UMK series) that can be snapped into a standard DIN EN rail (EN 50022, 50035).

• SDCS-IOE-1 can provide working power for PTC (positive temperature coefficient thermistor) or PT100 (platinum resistance temperature sensor) and directly connect the temperature sensor for measurement.

• SDCS-IOE-1 is connected to the SDCS-CON-2 board of the driver module via a 10-pin flat cable (2 meters long), and the interface corresponds to terminal block X17. The cable length is fixed at 2 meters and meets EMC electromagnetic requirements.

• SDCS-IOE-1 is compatible with Phoenix Contact UMK series snap-on bases and can be directly installed on standard DIN rails (EN 50022/50035) without the need for additional tools.
