Overview
ABB PDP800 Profibus DP V0/V1/V2 master module is a communication module for industrial automation. It supports Profibus DP V0, V1 and V2 protocols and can connect a variety of intelligent devices such as transmitters, actuators, motor control centers (MCCs) and intelligent electronic devices (IEDs).
The PDP800 PROFIBUS interface module of the S+ control system enables the connection between the HPC800 controller and Profibus devices. ,actuators and intelligent electrical devices (IEDs). The built-in information of each device can be used for control logic and higher-level applications.

- PDP800 supports PROFIBUS DP V0, V1, V2 protocols, and can also support PROFIBUS PA devices through DP/PA link devices.
- With this PDP800 module, Symphony Plus controllers can connect to various intelligent field devices, such as transmitters, actuators, etc., and use ABB standard function code algorithms and S+ Engineering graphical design tools to configure related control strategies.
- PDP800 enables Symphony Plus controllers to connect to S800 I/O via PROFIBUS DP V2, supports all signal types, and can also connect to S+ Turbine's professional modules
