MPC4 200-510-070-113 Machinery Protection Card
The MPC4 200-510-070-113 is a mechanical protection card used to protect rotating machinery (such as turbines, compressors, pumps, etc.) from damage caused by vibration, displacement, or abnormal speed. This card is available in three versions: standard, independent circuit, and safety (SIL). Some versions have a protective coating, and the standard and safety versions have passed relevant safety certifications.
Note: The MPC4 needs to be paired with a corresponding IOC4T input/output card to form a complete functional unit.

- Dynamic Signal Input: The MPC4 200-510-070-113 card can handle up to four dynamic signal inputs and is fully programmable. Supported sensor types include: accelerometers, speed sensors, and displacement/proximity probes.
- Speed Signal Input: The MPC4 200-510-070-113 can handle up to two speed (key phase) signal inputs. The MPC4 card supports various speed sensors, such as proximity probes, magnetoelectric sensors, or TTL signals, and supports fractional speed ratios.
- Output Method: Alarm signals from the MPC4 200-510-070-113 are provided via a paired IOC4T card, which can drive four local relays on the IOC4T card. This card drives additional relay cards (such as RLC16 or IRC4) via the rack's Raw bus or OC bus.

A: The standard version's certification is only valid for specific configurations (such as racks containing only protection cards and relay cards). When other non-protection cards are mixed in the rack, the standard version's VME communication interface is potentially at risk of accidental configuration modification.
